We will send you an email confirming the booking.
1.- It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, and bring water and a small towel
2.- You can book your spot in class by prepaying for it. After the booking is made the class is not transferable or refundable. If however you cannot attend the class for any reasons, we can send you a prerecorded class from the studio in compensation.
3.- You can attend the classes without pre-booking, but if the class is canceled, we will not be able to notify you. If the class is full, we give priority to the students who have pre-booked and paid.
4.- We ask for you to arrive 10 minutes before the starting time of the class. This gives you enough time to sign in, change and prepare yourself so that the class can start on time without disruption.
5.- If you have a booking and arrive late to class, the students on the waiting list will be given your place in order of arrival.
6.- The 4 week expiration class cards are personal and non-transferable. However the 5 class card (3 months validation) and the 10 class card (6 months validation) can be shared with another student.
7.- You can not make a booking without payment, so it is recommended to purchase your next class card before the old one runs out of time or classes.
