A workshop to serve as an introduction to this technique that was created in the north of India in the time of Buddha and that ended up being developed in Thailand over the years. That can lead us not only to perform a work focused on muscle relaxation, to promote mobility and flexibility, but also a purely interoceptive work, close to meditation. Arriving at the cerebral and emotional from the body, trying to achieve a calm because of the encounter with oneself. The one that receives, only remains to pay attention to the process after forgetting sensations such as the weight, the volume, the length or the alignment. Accompanied all the time by the inhalation and exhalation cycles that help us put aside the external and superfluous "noise" that invades us in our daily lives. Making this practice something more than a massage, a job, or rather, an organic choreography conducted in balance of two people.
